About Extractions

When possible, we prefer not to extract teeth, however, in some cases, extraction of permanent teeth is in the patient’s best interest.  We will always discuss the options for extractions and explain the various targeted results with or without the extraction of teeth.  Severely crowded conditions or conditions under which proper function, dental health and/or facial aesthetics would otherwise be impaired are common situations which many necessitate extractions.
